| Thermal Vacuum Testing
Panel Meeting John Sharp All TFAWS participants are encouraged to attend this panel session. The objective of this panel discussion is to get a general understanding of each NASA Center’s thermal testing approach and guidelines and to discuss the merits of different test philosophies. Representatives from GSFC, JPL, JSC (TBD), MSFC and LaRC (TBD) will summarize their organization’s general guidelines for thermal testing. Each Center will then discuss the process that a sample avionics unit (same assumptions provided to each representative) would go through at their Center. The remainder of the meeting will be open discussion among all participants in discussing test methodologies and the need for a general test guidelines for all Centers.
