- The focus of this hands-on-course is the modern features to improve thermal analysis in TSS V12.01 and Sinda/Fluint 4.1 C. The training includes how to utilize boolean operations to cut, intersect, and add 2D and 3D geometry for more accurate surface radiation modeling. Also taught are modeling techniques for calculating heat absorption through solids, bi-directional reflectance distribution functions (BRDF) for advanced surface properties, and calculation of forces due to radiation pressure. The spreadsheet functionality in Sinda/Fluint 4.1 C for parametric design is also taught.
