Please register by July 30, 2021
The 32nd Thermal and Fluids Analysis Workshop, TFAWS 2021 sponsored by the NESC, is scheduled for August 24th to August 26th, 2021. The four technical areas of focus for TFAWS 2021 are Passive Thermal, Active Thermal, Aerothermal, and Cryothermal. An interdisciplinary session will also be included for submissions that do not fit into a single category.
To fit the virtual format this year, vendors will be given a choice of a 30 minute, a 60 minute, or a 90 minute session to present. A maximum of two sessions of any duration will be given to each vendor. Options for presentations might include showcasing new software or features, demonstrating hardware, or running a software demonstration. Examples from TFAWS 2020 can be viewed at the TFAWS website .
It is up to you, as the vendor, to decide what you would like to do during the allotted time slot, but we ask that you provide a summary for what you are planning on presenting, so that we may provide it to the conference attendees. To register for your time slot, please fill out the form on the TFAWS website by July 30th 2021 (tfaws.nasa.gov/tfaws-2021/tfaws-2021-vendor-participation/).
As this is a virtual event, we plan to record all the presentations and archive them on the TFAWS website for attendees to reference in the future. Please fill out the “Presentation Clearance, Permission to Publish, & Permission to be Recorded” form on the TFAWS website (under Paper/Abstract submission) and indicate if you are or are not willing to have your presentation recorded.
If two time slots are desired, please fill out a separate Vendor Form for each presentation, as well as a separate “Presentation Clearance, Permission to Publish, & Permission to be Recorded” form. Each time slot will need to have a unique set of each forms.
If more time or more than two sessions is desired, you may pre-record videos and we will publish to the TFAWS website, and provide a link for the attendees to view.
