Poster Submissions

Questions regarding submissions or content should be sent to MSFC-TFAWS2026-Presenter@mail.nasa.gov.

Preferred Poster size 36 inches x 24 inches. This size is due to how we will be mounting the posters. We will provide an easel, a 36 in x 24 in poster board, and clips. If your poster is outside of these dimensions but it can be mounted on a 36in x 24in poster board that is acceptable.

Posters need to be submitted by August 17th.

Important Information

Review of presentation materials by the presenter(s)’ company(ies) and/or Government organization is the responsibility of the presenter(s). Submissions that are not cleared for ITAR/EAR release will be presented in restricted sessions.

Please note that abstracts, and/or presentations should not contain advertisements or product endorsements.

NASA Export Control Center Policy

NASA presenters must have their presentation materials approved per their Center’s export control system (either NF1676 or NF1676B: the NASA STI Document Availability Authorization (DAA) form through https://strives.nasa.gov/).

As a presenter of the above-named paper/course, I grant the United States Government, as represented by NASA, permission to post presentation materials and associated paper (if applicable), in the online conference proceedings for the 2026 Thermal and Fluids Analysis Workshop. NASA shall also have the right to use my name, voice, photograph, and biography in connection with making the Presentation/Paper available, and to use and authorize others to use the same for the incidental publicity or promotion of TFAWS.
