TFAWS App Information

All TFAWS 2026 participants will have access to the TFAWS online collaboration portal. Registration for the app is optional and will open in July/August. Additional information will be provided at the time of registration, and user accounts will be activated shortly before the workshop.

This platform is designed to support collaboration among attendees and may include features such as access to conference proceedings and official announcements, a shared calendar with all scheduled events, direct messaging between participants, and other tools to enhance the workshop experience.

NASA Marshall Space Flight Center Tours

We will be offering tours of several NASA MSFC facilities. Tour dates and times are in work and will be updated on the website when available. Transportation to/from the venue/hotel to NASA MSFC will be provided. For more information about tours, please visit Tours, Food, and Activities.

Tours are free. Availability is limited and assigned on a first come, first served basis. If you are successful in securing a spot, you will be contacted via email in the coming weeks to confirm your participation and begin the process of obtaining a NASA MSFC visitor pass if needed. Failure to reply to the NASA tour confirmation email may result in the loss of your spot, which will be offered to the next person on the waitlist, based on the order of registration. Days of tours are subject to change.

Meals and Banquet Dinner

Payment and final registration for the banquet dinner will be announced in an email and on the website Tours, Food, and Activities. However for planning purposes please mark your plan below.

Food will need to be purchased ahead of time so a head count is needed. By filling out the form below we will get an approximate number for planning purposes. The final head count will be determined by people that pay for the dinner. The due date for payment will be listed on the website Tours, Food, and Activities. If you do not buy a dinner ticket we will be unable to accommodate you attending to hear the keynote speaker.
